You would think that the first of the year would be slow, but this year started off with a bang and has not slowed down.  There’s marketing, billable work and daily administrative tasks to do…but, finding the time to go to Legislative Days was an easy decision.  I dug out the northern coat and walked the halls of the capitol to lobby local legislators on bills that design professionals statewide should support.  SB 1964 and  HB 701 allow us to limit our liability through professional contracts.  Thanks to all that welcomed us and special kudos to Rep. Horner and Rep. Mayfield for co-sponsoring the bill.
